Donation of old Newspapers & Magazines by KLS IMER to Vidyaadhaar Project

KLS IMER, Knowledge Resource Centre Belagavi has donated more than 500 Kgs of old newspapers and magazines to Vidyaadhar project on 23rd Feb. 2019. Vidyaadhar Project raises funds by selling old newspapers to support needy students to pursue their education. On this occasion Mr. Vijay More, Social Worker and former Mayor, Belagavi addressed the staff and students and appreciated their efforts towards social cause. For the last 5 years KLS IMER is donating newspapers to the same. Dr. S. G. Chiniwar, Director, KLS IMER, encouraged the students and staff to continue this type of good work. This activity is conducted once in a 3 months by KLS IMER staff. This Event was coordinated by the Library team.
